Owner and Architect, Sam (Shahram Anvari), is a professionally licensed Architect both here and abroad. Studying Architecture for over a decade, he earned his PH.D. at the prestigious Milan Polytechnic School of Architecture in Italy. Now he resides in California where he continues to capture the essence of space and transfigure it by means of glass, steel, wood, and stone. Sam challenges his clients to drop their standard perceptions as he works to define the true intent of the special relationship between the project at hand and client engagement. He listens to the needs of his clients while guiding them through the entire planning and building process. The result is a home or commercial site that makes a definite statement about who the owner really is.
Some of his specialties include urban design and innovative postmodern architecture. All projects designed by Anvari utilize "green" building techniques. He has produced designs for commercial projects, private homes, multiple dwelling units, senior housing centers, condominiums and restaurants.
